Process & Data Analysis

Process & Data Analysis

Before you build AI on your business, find out whether the groundwork is ready for it. We map how your work really happens and what data sits underneath, then give a straight readiness verdict.

Will AI Work With What You've Got?

Before AI can do anything useful, it has to draw on your business: your processes, your data, and the knowledge your people carry. The question most projects skip is whether all that is in any shape for AI to use. Usually nobody has checked.

We check that for you. Through workshops, shadowing the work, and a trace through your systems, we map how things really happen and what data sits underneath, then tell you straight whether it's ready to build on.

What 'Ready' Actually Means

Readiness comes down to four questions about the information AI would lean on. We answer each of them for you.

Does it exist?
Whether the knowledge AI would need is written down anywhere, or only lives in people's heads and informal habits.
Can it be reached?
Whether your systems can actually share it, or it is trapped somewhere nothing else can get to.
Can you trust it?
Whether it is accurate, consistent, and current enough to act on, or quietly wrong in ways that surface too late.
Who owns it?
Whether someone is responsible for keeping it right, and whether who can see it is actually decided.

What Usually Turns Up

When we look, the same gaps show up, and each one is a reason AI would underdeliver if you skipped this step:

  • Knowledge spread across teams, with no single source of truth.
  • Data locked in systems that were never meant to share it.
  • Processes that only exist in a few people's heads.
  • The same information kept in three places, none of them agreeing.
  • Data that looks usable until you try to build on it.

None of this means AI is off the table. It means we surface it now, on a small fixed-scope engagement, rather than you hitting it halfway through an expensive build.

A Straight Answer, and a Path

We give you a clear read on where you actually stand, not a generic strategy deck. We put each area somewhere honest: ready to build on now, close but needing specific scoped fixes first, or not worth the effort at all. Knowing which is which, before you spend, is the whole point.

Alongside the verdict, we hand over the evidence behind it and a prioritised path: what to tackle, in what order, and why. Enough to make the next decision without guessing.
